As a result, I began learning violin at the age of 3, picked up the tuba in 5th grade which led me to the electric bass guitar. I completed my Bachelors of Music degree from Columbia College Chicago in 2010 with double bass, electric bass and guitar as my primary instruments. We will explore music that interests you while discovering the various aspects of being a musician. This can include how to play your favorite songs, identifying chords and melodies by ear, soloing (improvisation), learning to read and write in the musical language, composing your own songs, music theory, history, instrument maintenance, repair and much, much more.
